Session 1 owner skills and responsibilities. Management styles, delegating responsibility, listening skills and written communications.

Session 2 entrepreneurs and leaders. Personality tests, leadership skills

Session 3 the business plan, research and topics to include in a business plan.
DAY 2
Session 4 and 5
Session 4 company set up, sole proprietor or non-profit company and start up costs.

Session 5 covers all aspects of financial management. Bank, budgeting, recording transactions. Inventory, petty cash control. Filing of company documents and financial reporting. Accounting software, taxes and sample reports.
